High volume, high quality spay/neuter EMANCIPE+ has chosen to advocate for and provide free and low-cost spay/neuter services since day one because we believe it is one of the most efficient and effective methods of reducing the homeless pet population. We provide spay/neuter services throughout the Central Texas area via both mobile and stationary clinics, and serve between 1,200 – 2,000 pets each month. We employ highly skilled veterinary surgeons and veterinary technicians, and our medical protocols exceed the highest standards in veterinary medicine today.
